Chapter 1: General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms of Service is to prescribe the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of Theseus Game Studio (hereinafter referred to as the “company”) and its users regarding the use of the website and mobile applicaiton services (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• Service: Refers to the game “YINSH” and all related websites and apps provided by the Company, including all content accessible via devices (mobile, PC, etc.).
• User: Refers to a member who agrees to these terms and utillizes the Service provided by the Company.
• Diamonds: A virtual currency sold by the Company for a fee, used for purchasing items or exchanging for Coins.
• Coins: An in-game currency obtained through gameplay, attendance, quests, or ad viewing, primarily used for Arena entry fees.
• Content: Refers to all tangible and intangible outputs provided within the Service, such as skins, effects, items (undo, hint), and match history.

Article 3 (Effect and Modification of Terms)

1. These terms become effective upon being posted within the Service or on the official website.
2. The Company may amend these terms within the scope of relevant laws, such as the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions.
3. In the event of an amendment, the Company will announce the changes 7 days prior to the effective date. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes agreement to the amended terms.

Chapter 2: Use of Service
